Originally built in July 2005.  It is situated on the edge of Hardley Ford which was on the Wherrymans Way before the bridge near Hardley Hall became impassable closing access in 2016.  However the path between Loddon, Chedgrave Common and the second bridge has been opened.  There is much local support for the re-opening of the whole path which would benefit local residents and visitors alike.
